Best vet practice I’ve ever been to, no contest. The staff is kind and gentle with my cats and informative and friendly with me. My cats had always received great care here, before and through the pandemic, which had to involve challenges I can’t even imagine. I will always be grateful for Dr. Rottersman and her incredible staff.
We’ve been taking our dog here for years and it would be tough to take her anywhere else after the great experience we’ve had. Everyone from the staff to doctors are so kind, knowledgeable and honest. They won’t charge or recommend something if it isn’t absolutely necessary. Would highly recommend for you and your fur baby!
I have been taking my pup to Windy Hill since his first visit. I was referred by my friend who was taking her two dogs there previously. I love that the doctors are women (women support women, yay!). Dr. Ponce is wonderful and makes every visit magical.
My dogs love Dr. Ponce and her staff. Their the best. Dr. Ponce is thorough, and she takes the time to explain what’s going on with your animal and what action will be accepted. You will Love them too.
I love Windy Hill vet! They get us in and out quickly. They take time to answer all of my questions. They explain your options of treatment. I also feel they care for my dog and we are just not a #.
Have always had a great experience with my dogs check ups. Keep to schedule with appointments. Make quick visits for allergy shots. We’re in and out and seem to really care about the animals.
